What we collect
We only collect what we need: your email address if you join the waitlist, your name, email and message if you contact us, and your email plus order details when you place an order.
How we use it
Your details are used to reply to you, deliver the products you ordered and, if you asked for it, send occasional notes about new releases. We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it is stored
Information is stored securely in our hosted database and is only accessible to the Herizon studio. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security rules.
Email preferences
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by replying to any email or contacting us through the contact page. We will remove your address promptly.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will action the request.
